This is the blogger template I was using before migrating to WordPress. Unzip it and upload the .xml on blogger. It is very easy to customize and it is mobile friendly. I’ve also made some change of colors to the template. It was originally blue.

There are different types of URL shorteners. in my experience Xee.la pays better than any other in the market.
You can earn up to $100 per 1000 visits. This is way higher than all other URL shorteners but again you need incentive content like file, ebook or theme download.
